MOOV Serves Up Graphics for Wimbledon

LONDON, July 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Chyron (Nasdaq:CHYR - News) has today announced that UK's broadcast graphics company "MOOV" is using Chyron HyperX graphics infrastructure for this year's Wimbledon tennis championship on the BBC.

"MOOV" is the first graphics operation in the UK to realize the potential of Chyron's newest software version, Lyric PRO 8. The biggest benefit of version 8 for "MOOV" was to easily create "Seeds Boards" with corresponding animations before they actually knew the winners. MOOV also wrote a new results control interface to the HyperX's that uses XML updates from IBM.
