PFSweb Extends Lease for Southaven, MS Distribution Center

PLANO, TX, March 16, 2011 – PFSweb, Inc. (Nasdaq: PFSW), an international business process outsourcing provider of end-to-end e-commerce solutions, today announced that its subsidiary, Priority Fulfillment Services , has extended the lease on a 434,900 square foot facility in Southaven, MS from which the Company operates one of its distribution centers (the “Southaven center”).
