WisdomTree Announces Filing of Registration Statement for Exchange Listing

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE) March 31, 2011—WisdomTree (Pink Sheets: WSDT), an exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) sponsor and asset manager, today announced that it has filed a Registration Statement on Form 10 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in connection with the planned listing of its common stock on a national securities exchange.
