ADSPACE NETWORKS HIRES SEASONED FASHION AND RETAIL EXECUTIVE WARREN CHRISTOPHER TO HEAD UP NEW EDITORIAL DEPARTMENT

NEW YORK, May 7, 2008 - Adspace Networks, owner of the largest in-mall digital video advertising network in the country, has hired Warren Christopher to lead its expanding editorial department.

As the editorial director at Adspace, Mr. Christopher will work closely with the existing team to develop fresh, new editorial platforms for the network. The new strategy aims to support the sale of retail advertisers’ merchandise, present fashion trends and highlight special promotions at the retail level. He will also oversee the Today’s Top Ten team of associate editors who are responsible for selecting the top 10 sales item each week per mall that are showcased in Adspace’s exclusive promotional content.

Previously, Mr. Christopher was the Publishing Director for Show Circuit magazine. He re-launched this high end equestrian title and created advertising partnerships with Bergdorf Goodman, Rolex, Hermès of Paris, Lugano Diamonds, Estée Lauder and many other luxury houses. He oversaw the editorial content and developed new departments for the magazine, as well.

Mr. Christopher brings to the Adspace team over 20 years of professional experience in print and luxury retailing, including a position as Fashion Editorial Director for Men’s Health Magazine, where he increased fashion, fragrance and footwear advertising by 155 percent (according to MRI) over a five-year period. He has also developed corporate strategic alliances and partnerships for a variety of publishing and corporate entities including Hearst, Fairchild Publications, Rodale Press, American Media, Inc., Stagebill, Turner Broadcasting, Citigroup, and Marchon Eyewear. As a result of being a part of the team that launched Men’s Health Magazine into the 1.5 million circulation category, Mr. Christopher received The Fashion Association’s Aldo Award for Fashion Journalism for a National Magazine in 1996.

“We want our retail partners and advertisers to know that we are serious about the content on our screens,” said Dominick Porco, Chairman & CEO, Adspace Networks. “It is paramount that we bring our shoppers valuable and timely information when they are in the mall. Warren’s extensive background in fashion at both the print and luxury retailing levels will enhance our Smart Screen content, as well as the mall shoppers’ experience.”
“I am thrilled to be a part of the Adspace Mall Network family. The out-of-home category is an exciting new frontier and certainly one of the smartest ways to reach shoppers while they’re doing what they do best- shopping!” said Mr. Christopher. “I will be developing editorial initiatives and relationships with retailers and designers who understand the value of the new media and how it impacts their business.”
