Brad Staten Selected to Lead Titan Worldwide’s New San Francisco Office
New Office Opened in Support of BART Contract Win

NEW YORK and SAN FRANCISCO, June 9, 2008—Brad Staten has joined Titan Worldwide to head up its San Francisco office as Vice President and General Manager.

Titan Worldwide was awarded the 10-year contract with the Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) back in March.  This contract, the 13th U.S. transit contract for Titan, is set to take effect October 1, 2008.

Mr. Staten, 39, has been involved in the outdoor advertising and media business for nearly 10 years.  Prior to joining Titan Worldwide, Mr. Staten was Vice President of Vista Media Group where he co-founded the transit advertising division and initiated strategic relationships with transit authorities.

Also during Mr. Staten’s tenure at Vista Media Group, he successfully achieved the company’s highest profit margins in 2005 and 2006, and had a hand in multiplying revenues by over 90 percent for the company’s Sacramento territory.  He also acquired five new markets for the company, including major metro areas such as Sacramento, Tampa Bay and Dallas.

“As the nation’s fifth largest rail system in the United States, the BART contract was a huge win for Titan,” said David Neglio, President, Transit Division, Titan Worldwide.  “We will have our Bay Area office up and running in June and Brad’s in-depth experience in transit advertising make for a perfect fit for leadership in that office.”

“Titan is the leading provider in transit advertising,” said Mr. Staten.  “I’ve been following the company for some time and their growth in terms of revenue, contracts and markets has been exciting to watch.  Titan’s partnerships with transit partners, their dedication to sales, clients and transit advertising in general is very well respected in the industry and truly remarkable.”
