KYP SYSTEMS EXPANDS U.S. PRESENCE WITH OPENING OF SAN FRANCISCO OFFICE

Company Continues Growth with Wide Variety of Blue Chip Marketers

NEW YORK and SAN FRANCISCO, January 20, 2009 – Global marketing company Kyp Systems has expanded its U.S. operations with the opening of a San Francisco office to accommodate the growth of its business.

Kyp Systems creates customer engagement solutions that produce richer learning experiences and promote behavior change. The company’s primary platform, called the iKyp, is a patented, interactive marketing medium that delivers information that can be easily digested, used, and retained by recipients.

Kyp Systems’ proprietary applications are integrated into a variety of channels for blue chip marketers including AstraZeneca, Miller Brewing, American Express, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, BP, British Airways, and Merck. The company is generating unprecedented results; delivering 20 percent response rates in direct mail and increase in customer spend by over 70 percent.

“Although digital mediums are increasing in importance, physical touch points still represent key entry points for a brand,” said Nicholas Miller, chief executive officer, Kyp Systems. “Our solutions are meeting the needs of today’s marketers by generating meaningful early engagement experiences that enhance integrated marketing strategies.”

Kyp System’s most recent breakthrough, called the iKyp webkey, connects recipients to online destinations through an entirely new engagement experience. Rather than simply herding people to a website, these iKyp solutions educate an audience offline and deliver a unique code (via the patented iKyp webkey) that automatically connects them online, while guiding them through a personalized experience.

“Kyp Systems understands that consumers want control over information and the relationships they maintain with a brand,” said Chris Lanman, chief operating officer, Kyp Systems.  “It’s no longer enough just to cut through the clutter and get someone’s attention. Audiences must be engaged in a way that educates and empowers them in order to elicit an intended response or behavior.”

Mr. Lanman will head up the San Francisco office to service the needs of an ever growing array of clients and industries.
