Titan Promotes Rob Marlow to Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

IT Expert to Lead Titan’s Digital Expansion

New York, NY, February 18, 2009 – Titan Worldwide has promoted technology veteran Rob Marlow to the newly created position of Senior Vice President and Worldwide Chief Information Officer.

Based in Titan’s New York headquarters, Mr. Marlow will spearhead Titan’s digital inventory expansion as well as lead all aspects of internal information systems on a global scale, coordinate within various business units and interface with vendors.

Titan, the largest transit advertising company in the world, and one of the largest Out-of-Home media companies, formally announced an ambitious digital strategy in October 2008 that included building digital signs at rail platforms and on buses in New York and Chicago.  Over the last two years, the company has continued to commit time, resources and vision to the rollout of Titan’s digital signage network.

Lou Giacalone Jr., Titan’s current Senior Vice President of Digital, will be leaving to re-join CoolSign, the company he founded, as Chief Executive Officer after successfully planning and launching Titan’s Digital network in the U.S.

"Now that our digital Out-of-Home initiative in the U.S. is up and running, Rob will be the driving force in making it run smoothly," said Donald Allman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Titan. "Having worked previously with both small and large, private and public organizations, he fits perfectly into the Titan family where we stress cutting-edge technical prowess, while still maintaining the support and compassion of a local business."

Before joining Titan, Mr. Marlow was most recently the Director of Global Technology for Altria, where he developed and implemented global solutions. Prior to Altria, Mr. Marlow was the Manager of Global Operations for a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company in San Diego.  Reporting directly to the CEO, Mr. Marlow designed and monitored the global IT network and was recognized as a leader for developing technical models that overcame challenges such as expansion, available resources and expected technical advances.

Mr. Marlow began his technical career at Meadows Consulting Group where he built the IT services business to deliver volume order computing, IT solutions and advanced electronic publishing offerings eliminating traditional printing methods.

Mr. Marlow received his Bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of California in San Diego and his MBA from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
