(NASDAQ: SHMR) a leading provider of innovative products and technology to the progressive ophthalmic lens market, announced today that its annual report on Form 20-F, containing audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 26, 2008, is available through its website (http://www.shamir.co.il/).
